This year's

whichwillow ficathon elicited truly superb fiction from the participating authors, so choosing just five was sort of arbitrary. But these were especially swell by my way of thinking:

1) Equinox (Willow/Angel; PG-13) by

snowpuppies: Yes indeed - Snowy has written her very first Willow/Angel fic and it's a ring-tailed boomer. In a dystopian future, Willow and Angel find themselves on opposite sides but soon meet in the grey middle. What happens between them and how this tale ends are involving and affecting in every way.

sentine: What if Xander was the slayer, Buffy his normal friend, Jonathan his wizzard friend, and Jenny his watcher? Roles reversed according to gender. Makes you think about the changes in the series!

Bechdel Test Comment a Thon
"That's right, ladies and gentlemen-who-love-ladies. A comment fic-a-thon devoted to the interactions between your favorite female characters. "

Honorable mentions: Doomed Ship Comment Ficathon, Dark Ship Prompt Meme, The Multi-Fandom Threesome Comment ficathon (ON GOING), and the lost Queerly Awesome Comment Ficathon.

I doubt that anyone would mind getting a drabble so if you feel inspired by a prompt, post it. There are a lot of great prompts still waiting to be filled out in the above comment ficathons.
