Five long Spuffy stories

There already is a post by snickfic dedicated to long Spuffy fics. She has collected five magnificent stories there, and I regard this post as a continuation of her work.

R. Completed. ~ 17,500 words. Post-series. Spike has landed in a special Hell, courtesy of Wolfram & Hart. Buffy's rescue mission leads her... into a diner from Hell. Deliciously cracktastic tale in Lewis Carroll style with shadows of Tim Burton and Chris Nolan lurking at the corners. Inventive plot, powerful, well-crafted concept, great timing and sense of details - each of them works for a bigger plan. HeavenHell is very unusual - funny and creepy at the same time; Buffy's speech patterns ("What the pie?") as well as her reaction to SPN-skewed reality are priceless.

5 Willow Ficlets

I was planning to split my last two categories differently, but then I realized Willow was taking over both of them. So, here she is. All short, mostly dark because there's something about Willow that draws the existential angst like no one else.

It's worth noting that three of these come from the short-lived and much-lamented comm genfic_minis. If anyone felt like restarting it, I'd promise to sign up. *g*

The Girl with Flaxen Hair by unbridled_b

R, 9 chapters so far. After his mother's death William Pratt lives a quiet life alone. He suffers from consumption and knows that his days are numbered. One day he overdoses laudanum and sees a beautiful girl in his garden. Her clothes are unusual; her behavior is weird; her name is Buffy Summers. William is sure that she's just a figment of his imagination so he's relaxed and comfortable around her... Intriguing premise (the author assures that it's not an AU and all the BtVS events have happened), expertly written William's POV and great details of the Victorian age make this story a total winner. (I've already have a theory what has happened and why William hasn't been turned... )
