The Soulful Spike Society which has the most wonderful and insightful reviews by Spring Summer. Sadly, she's only gotten up to Bargaining Part 1 but at least once a week I check to see if she's updated.
Tea at the Ford offers meta by some of the sharpest and most insightful minds in fandom.
