Brace Yourself by enigmatic_blue
Rating: PG-15
Summary: The sequel to Collide. There are unexpected consequences to the ritual Buffy did to break the curse on Spike, Dawn is trying to figure out what it means to be the Key, and Willow is coming home. And that’s just the beginning.

Rating: PG
Summary: Starting around the time of the episode 'Blood Ties' events take a slightly different turn when Spike isn't just knocked unconscious by Glory during the fight in the hospital.

Loves Lost Series (Okay, so technically only the last instalment is a wip) by slaymesoftly
First in the series is Loves Lost
Rating: NC-17 (see summary for warnings)
Summary: season II; written for the Good_Evil community, this fic doesn't really become Spuffy until the sequel. However, Spike and Buffy are definitely the main characters and the gang is all here at one time or another. As are Angelus and Dru. Not for the faint of heart, a darker fic than I normally write with bloodplay, rape and non-consensual sexual contact.

Further instalments are Love Awakened, Love Continued and Love Sanctioned (wip)

You've got some great authors there. The only one I'd add to the list would be the NC-17 Mr. Grieves and the Second Chance (http://community.livejournal.com/herself_nyc_fic/21639.html#cutid2) by herself_nyc which is up to Chapter 10.
