Some favorite manipers of 2005

Some links to some of my favorite manipers. Some of these works may not be work/kid safe. Various ships.

*I also will think up a good second sort of way of recing more manipers, by thinking of another circle of 5, because this doesn't even begin to rec all the manipers who's work I've enjoyed this year.


1. noaluvsjames is a talented icon maker, which is how I first became aware of her work, but she also does manips. Here are some of her spuffy manips: Spuffy manips not all work safe She also runs an lj community called manippers where you can find more of her work.

2. fanbot is an extremely talented and fun maniper. Find her manips, icons and other assorted goodies here on her website. These include slash, mostly spander. Not everything is work safe.

3. vel_vette aka ve_num. I would suggest just visiting her lj to explore her mainly spuffy, but some other variety of manips. Her more X Rated material is on her journal ve_num and you have to join and be approved to see the things there. Mostly these are spuffy nudes, but there is a great variety from this talented maniper. Recently also she started an lj community for love of Buffy/Spike/Angel fics and art called 3_of_hearts which features art and fic celebrating the threesome.

4. vamptastica does everything from spuffy to spangel to spilliam art work. Some is not work safe. She makes pieces that you may want to open with care. Here is a link to a taste of her work: here Also, she is part of a com called darker_spilliam which celebrates the slash pairing of William/Spike.

5. elizabeth_cs is one of my favorite manipers. Her work isn't really organized, so I suggest a visit of her lj might give people a taste. Most of it is slash, spander, spangel, but she's also done some spuffy. Some is not work safe, some is, so be sure to read the description of what you will find under the cut for her art.
