1. Brave New World by kaydefalls refers to wish!verse where Anya asks "How do you know the other world is any better than this?" and Giles responds "It has to be." This vid asks the question: Is it really better? And the answer's somewhat ambiguous.
2. You may need to be as old as I am to get The Odd Couple (Giles/Spike). It takes the opening audio track from The Odd Couple tv series and puts it with images of Spike and Giles. Gives a great suggestion of them as opposite guy roommates.
3. I Belong to You makes a convincing case for a love triangle between Buffy, Angel, and Mr. Gordo (who is played by piglet).
4. You'd think that playing the robots in Buffy against the song Robot Girlfriend would make for a light-hearted video, but Robot Girlfriend is actually quite poignant at the end.
5. Transparent: Oh my Goddess. This Willow character study is just amazing.

OMG, "Robot Girlfriend" was so far up my alley, thanks for linking that! The Wishverse vid was very cool too.

I'm so glad you enjoyed. I'd never heard the song Robot Girlfriend before watching that vid. I used to go around singing it all the time. ;-)

Good to see these are all still available online! Odd Couple was one I always enjoyed and I remember most of the rest as well. I didn't recall Robot Girlfriend by deird1 until it started playing but Transparent by Laura Shapiro isn't ones I remember watching, although they've all been recced before.

They have. I haven't been reading much in the fandom lately. Trying to fix that. ;-)

Well it does give me a chance to get them into the AO3 bookmarks! When I was doing my hunt and invite for the collection in 2019/2020 a lot of vids were just plain missing or, if they were still available, not on AO3. But if I was going to finish within the time frame I didn't have time to go back and bookmark anything not there. But for everything last year and this year, everything gets invited or bookmarked so they can be found together 🙂

I love the Odd Couple vid, and I Belong To You is one of my favourite vids ever. I can't wait to watch the other ones too!
