5 epic Buffyverese ensemble vids that I could watch over and over

Hey, so I'm pretty sure this is my first time actually posting to this event, so hopefully I do it right!

Sometimes when I'm wanting a certain kind of fandom high or wanting to get pumped prior to writing, I trawl youtube for vids. Here, in no particular order, are some faves that I could watch again and again.

• Make Me Wanna Die by illyrium24 (worksafe). There is some seriously impressive editing on this one. The creator says in their description that it took them the better part of a summer, and I believe it! The vid focuses most on Buffy and then Willow for the first 2/3s before swtiching to a rapid-fire compilation of Buffyverse badassery. Very cool.
• Hot chicks with superpowers - Women of the Whedonverse by jess9191. Exactly what you'd think from the name. A fun and energetic tribute to the women of Whedon's shows.
• Seven Nation Army by wildwhiteriver99. Song choice plays a big role in my love of this one. But this, like the other entries on this list, has really great editing. I particularly like how the creator used a rhythmic pulses that reminded me of an eye blinking and fit the the rhythm of the music perfectly.
• The Big Bads of Buffy | Everybody Wants to Rule the World by robinsrevenge. The other videos on the list so far have focused mostly on the heroes of the Buffyverse. This one is a brilliant tribute to the big bads of Buffy (including little bads who were closely connected to them, Faith with the Mayor, Spike and Dru with Angelus, and Caleb with the First.) The song choice is perfect and creates just the right creepy ambience and the vid always leaves me appreciating the wonderful menace that each big bad brought to the show.
• Seven Devils by Afterthebattle. This one made great use of it's song to create a creepy ambiance and sort of generally emphasize what a dangerous, sometimes unsettling, and of course demon filled place the Buffyverse is.

Hope you guys enjoy! And I definitely recommend checking out some of the creators' other vids. I don't think any of them are actively vidding for Buffy at the moment, but there are some gems to be found on their channels.

OK, I haven't had a great chance to sit down and enjoy the vids yet, but I can already say I'm super happy someone pitched in with some vid recs - I don't think we've had any yet this session, and vidders deserve recognition too! (Especially since the format is so time-consuming, as you said.) And both your lists look great. \o/

That's so weird, I just used the youtube share link with all of them. But I tried again and it seems to work this time!

Wow, great choices. I'd seen 'The Big Bads of Buffy' before, but the others were all new to me. Thanks for sharing, these were terrific and the editing blew me away.
