Four Step Programme by brutti_ma_buoni, R-rated. Post ‘The Gift’, Spike and Giles have reasons to get closer. More humour than angst or romance.

Say it Without Flowers by janedavitt, R-rated. Fluffy established relationship fic. What do you get the lover who doesn't like flowers?

Cup of Tea by thawrecka, R-rated. The summer after Buffy died Spike was a soggy blanket and Giles was a tired old man.

And No Birds Sing by twilightofmagic, PG-13. Giles meets a new and surprising Spike. Set in odd couple days in season 4, and it's more pre-slash than romance.

Doing It Wrong by thea_bromine, NC-17. It's probably one of those stories that everybody already read (because it's THAT great), but in case you are unfamiliar with it, let me tell you... It's one of the most tender, hilarious and in-character Giles/Spike stories ever written. And when I say tender and hilarious in one sentence, I really mean it.
