If you've been following you'll notice I went a bit overboard with recs this year.
;-)
I basically found a bunch of stories I adore and then put them into categories. Here are five that are awesome but didn't get put into any of the other categories. I marked the two that are not worksafe.
1) Dealing by estephia
Not worksafe.
Ethan/Lindsey
Ever wonder how Lindsey got those tats?
Maybe it was the sated smile, maybe the treacley sheen of the man's eyes, but there was about him an air of profound satisfaction. Rayne had clearly taken something, either drugs or another person's life. Lindsey decided he did not want to know. "I need some kind of guarantee that you won't—"
"What? Rob you blind? Turn you into a toad? Would I do that to my own apprentice?" Hand over his heart, Rayne graced him with an insouciant smile.
"In a heartbeat," Lindsey stated.
"My, my, you are a suspicious one," Rayne grinned, unfazed. "Come now, why would I want to turn you into something as ugly as a toad? Because let's face it…" Rayne gave Lindsey a languid once-over. "That would be a bleeding crime."
2) Brutti Ma Buoni's Deadly Seven
PG13 for awfully strong language
prompt: Giles said that he used magicks 'for pleasure or gain.'
“Beer! We need more beer!”
“Got no money. Tesco’ll be closed anyway. Can’t be arsed to trek to the offie.”
“Fuck it. Anyone got a spell for beer?”
There is a general mumbling and fumbling with scuffed books, but the consensus is that spell books have a surprising lack of spells for alcohol.
3) Jane Davitt A Laying of Hands
Ethan's thoughts as he's tattooing Eyghon's mark onto Buffy.
So not worksafe and on the squicky side.
4) A Good Night's Torture by mabus101
Not everyone can make Harmony's WallMart job into a funny story.
5) Garnigal's drabble Extinct
As one Slayer dies the power passes onto the next.

And I have one that features Harmony: Office Gossip (http://archiveofourown.org/works/662559).
