Five favorite Classic PWP Spuffy stories

Thought I'd start with these treasures to warm you up on a cold winter day:


1. The Interview by Candynicks (the NC17 penname of the fabulous Moxie).
This gem will melt your screen. Spike has had a run of luck and used the money to buy a strip club. Buffy needs money and applies for a position (not knowing Spike is the owner). YES, Spike is a vampire and Buffy the Slayer and this is set around S5.

2. In Heat by Nautibitz. In an alternate S5, Buffy is hot and bothered by some hormone exuding demons that make her .... um .... well, horny. What's a chipped vampire to do to keep Buffy from a painful fate in the, um, hands of these demons? Can he keep her satisfied enough to keep her from being interested in these dangerous demons?

3. Captivated by Nautibitz. It's S3 after Lovers Walk. A sober Spike wakes up nakkid and chained to an equally nakkid Buffy. Who did this terrible thing and why (and what on earth are this duo going to do to keep occupied while these questions get answered?)?

4. Double Spiked by Kantayra It's S6 and Spike is wishing that Buffy could just see how much he has changed since falling in love with her. Meanwhile the trio conjour up Buffy's most deadly enemy......S2 Spike! What on earth would Buffy find to do with two Spike's?

5. Buffy Want by Laure Alexander. This short series picks up at the end of the episode "Beer Bad" and it will make you LOVE that episode for producing this gem. Cave Buffy want boy. Cave Buffy meets cute blond bewildered boy. Horizontal mambo ensues and normal Buffy has to deal with the reprecussions of her wild night with her mortal "enemy" and multiple stakings of a non lethal variety.

I am honing my skills writing these scenes and appreciate the ones who do them well. It's as hard (no pun intended) for me to write as are fight scenes.

Yes, I always have the same fears with both sorts of scenes....."Is it too much? Too little?" There is a delicate balance I think.

I think the W is the confusion...none of these are without a plot (and yours aren't either)...WITH plot is always better than just a plot device or no plot at all.

I think that you've hit it on the nail about the "W." I myself am uninterested in OOC porn and isn't character development part of plot? I just get self conscious sometimes about rarely writing non-NC17 fics.

You must make sure you've sampled the ones you missed of these....I guarentee satisfaction *G*. Porn is hard (no pun intended) if done well...I like mine with a bit of plot and good characterizations.

That's right! I started reading english Fanfic with Kantayra's Double Spiked. Sabershadowkitten didn't right Spuffy any longer when I found the site. But thinking of how many good stories I would have missed when you count all the authors that no longer write? Or didn't start reading english ones? Would be a shame for a newbie to miss all the old stories. And I don't mean only PWPs with that!
If I would write the names here ad hoc I would miss some names. So I don't do it now.

I know this comment is years late but I've been having a craving for what I call 'classic' Buffy/Spike, as in the fic I read when I first started reading fic and Laure Alexander, Moxi, RipeWickedPlum, and Nautibitz were who I considered some of the first Buffy fic writers.

So thank you for sharing these. I've been going on a hunt to see if I could find some older fics but unfortunately most websites appear to be down or not used anymore. :(
