(1) Arthurian couple (2nd one on page)- by [livejournal.com profile] noaluvjames - All – I loved how this made me imagine a Renaissance slayer and her watcher. What a fascinating story that would make.

(2) Peaceful Boys by [livejournal.com profile] fanbot - Teen – I thought the idea for this was very clever, and although she also made a Spangel version, I prefer the S/X ; )

(3) Tame him - [livejournal.com profile] sueworld2003 - All – I liked the subtle story it told in the image within the image, and also, hot.

(4) Belief banner - by [livejournal.com profile] soulless_lover – All – Just loved the look of this, I thought it was a beautiful image.

(5)Romeo & Juliet (first one) - by [livejournal.com profile] noaluvjames - All – It’s certainly a romantic view of this couple, but I thought this was a wonderfully done manip and a nice image choice. Funnily enough I saw the original image on a card over the holidays and it just struck me as all wrong :D

ETA: The original addresses for some of these were wonky so I've changed the links and tried to specify which ones the original images were (not that the others aren't nice too :>)

Ooh, I remember "Tame him". That was incredible. And "Peaceful boys" and the Belief banner are fantastic as well.

... I'm being told I'm "Forbidden" access to [livejournal.com profile] noaluvjames's stuff though :(

Ooh! For a moment there, they seemed to still not be working and I was about to wonder if it was my specific connection, but I tried again and they worked when I reloaded the page. They are both really creative and lovely!

Thanks so much for these :) I *really* like [livejournal.com profile] sueworld2003's work. That's one of my favourite pieces of artwork, ever!
Pssst! The last link doesn't work either..

Oh, darn. Are you linking to DS or to Noa's personal lj? Both are flocked. Tell you where you can find them? I think she has them on her site and also on [livejournal.com profile] manippers. Hope that helps.

That is odd. I couldn't get in. Perhaps Noa has set up a security measure? She may have these in manippers. I only say this because I saw her post all or most of her old manips there a while back and I think these were part of the posts.

Delightful all of them. They make me smile to see them. I agree on Romeo and Juliet, it is I think a defining spuffy manip for me, the Belief banner was full of the passion of a reader for that story, so I get moved when I see it, tame him and peaceful boys--hey, I'd forgotten Peaceful boys!

Great stuff.

I also recall that soulless made an amazing icon for Inca with Angel and moving wings. It was a thing of stunning beauty. Perhaps if you go to [livejournal.com profile] soulless_lover's icons you can see it. I'm not sure, but I think she occasionally uses it. Its a beautiful icon.

I remember the awe i felt when I saw Tame him , it was so beautifully done.
And Romeo and Juliet is definitely one of the most romantic, gorgeous spuffy manip for me. Her Arthurian couple would make a fascinating tale , I agree! I enjoy [livejournal.com profile] noaluvjames ' s artwork so much! :)

Great choices.
