[livejournal.com profile] open_on_sunday has to be one of my favourite places in the fandom so I just wanted to thank all the people who put in such a great deal of effort and hard work there.

And thus, I've decided on my Top 5 Drabblers for 2005, listed alphabetically.

Always high quality, great character voices of specifically Faith, Darla, Drusilla or Spike and usually quite humourous too.

[livejournal.com profile] cornerofmadness
Unfortunately I couldn't find a listing of all her drabbles, but please take a look through [livejournal.com profile] open_on_sunday.
[livejournal.com profile] cornerofmadness produces an extraordinary volume of drabbles each and every week. I particularly enjoy her Spike/Dru, Connor, Angel and Darla drabbles, but she is often able to drabble any character and a great variety of 'ships with ease and enjoyment for the reader.

[livejournal.com profile] myfeetshowit
Drabbles found here and here - See Ratings on specific drabbles
[livejournal.com profile] myfeetshowit is extraordinarily creative and innovative with the subject matter and style of each drabble. I particulary enjoy how [livejournal.com profile] myfeetshowit can convince on unusual pairings like Dawn/Illyria and Clem/Lorne in the space of 100 words.

[livejournal.com profile] redwolfoz
Drabbles found here - See Ratings on specific drabbles
Each week [livejournal.com profile] redwolfoz writes from the Londonverse, a collection of stories building to create a larger story in itself. [livejournal.com profile] redwolfoz creates and sets the mood so well each for the drabbles, that we are right inside enjoying the hijinks of Spike, Andrew, Dawn, various newbie slayers and a fair amount of demon goo.

[livejournal.com profile] zandra_x
Drabbles found here - See Ratings on specific drabbles
I'm always impressed at how [livejournal.com profile] zandra_x uses the prompt so creatively each week at OOS. Often she will take a character I hardly remember and create an entirely convincing story. Her Justine drabbles are particularly intense and gripping.

Thank you! You've put me in illustrious company.

Now, I need to get around to writing more of those little guys.

Thank you for the mention. Being given an opportunity to write drabbles (after I understood what they were) opened up a whole new world to me. Yay for the Buffyverse!
