Top 5 Graphics – Single Character

(1)It’s Good to Be the King - by darkwaif - Teen – I am a sucker for Arthurian material, so these various images of Spike in knightly garb were a nice treat.

(2) American Psycho by copykween - All – This movie poster manip just struck me as a great combination of subject and character, and my God, I love seeing Spike in a suit even if he is wielding a knife while wearing it.



(3)Angelic Gunn by sueworld2003 - All - Because it was stunning.

(4) Kept manip - by sueworld2003 - Teen – and also the banner version by japewierd (Mature content on page)
I thought this was a wonderful image of Spike in the original manip and the banner version really added to the tone.

(5) Rhapsody in Oil Photo Album by darkwaif - All – I loved the period look, the album idea, and the match to Eurydice’s story. Some of these are actually couple photos but there were also ones just of Spike, so...

A wonderful list love filled with some wonderful works. It's always hard to choose a fav from darkwaif as she hsa so many outstanding examples.

These are all stunning, so I have to agree with you in every case. Sue's Angelic Gunn is something so uplifting and gorgeous, the animated movie that darkwaif did is masterful, I don't think anyone is doing with animation what she is at the moment. Its incredible stuff. American Psycho is one of my favorites too, very disturbing and so wonderfully Spike. You just want to write a story about it. Of course I love the Kept manip you chose. It is my favorite manip ever by Sue.

You just want to write a story about it.
It lends itself to that, doesn't it? I mean it's interesting to look at too, but I found the theme match grabbed me. Certainly Spike's New York years are recalled by the title (is "American Psycho" set in the 80s or is that just his earlier work?), but the fact that she's using a S7 image of him adds the whole psychotic break he had into the picture too.

Wow. These are all so wonderful. I'm thrilled to see such talent in the fandom. That first one is incredible with the animation and the last I'd not seen before, but was incredibly impressed.
I've always liked that sueworld2003 manip of Gunn, strangely because it works so well within the 'verse of the show too.
