Yeah, its my favorite. These are sort of 'cannon' moments of intense pain. I seem to collect them and don't use them much, for some reason, but if I want to find "ground zero" for pain, I go look at them.

Yeah, that spuffy one for me sort of explained at a primitive level the very painful AR. I thought it was gutsy and beautiful. Glad you liked them. Angel/Darla also gets to me. *sniffs*

Thank you, yes. Those I stumbled on ages ago and they still speak to me. I think they might be the most powerful icons I found this year. :)

Hi - I just stumbled across this comm (was surfing LJseek) and saw this post. Thank you for your lovely comments on my icons! I'm assuming you saw the whole set, it was a songset to an Evanescence song, 'Hello'. Those two (or three, rather) scenes always make me tear up. Hell, the whole Buffyverse makes me sob like a baby.

The lovely comments made me realise that I should post more Buffy icons. I still make them, but mostly they're just for competitions at whedonosity. This is a great comm - fantastic holiday idea! :)

I don't think I've seen the entire series... or maybe I did. It's been a while! Your icons I used for my story FORBIDDEN when I posted it, since it was post The Gift. They are amazing work. I hope you do more and share them. :)

Wow I'm so impressed again with your choices. I've never seen these and you know how much I'm in and around icon communities. ;)
They just all take my breath away, but the 2nd one is terribly moving. Oh and the text on #5 is so effective be/c the images really do make me cry!

Yeah, they are all from early on my days in lj. There are some by icon makers I haven't seen producing since. I'll bring more of another kind later. :)
