I agree, Aureola's a wonderful artist and deserves to be mentioned here.

Thank you for the tips! I didn't know that she had an LJ. Looks like she doesn't post there often - but I'm friending her, just in case.

And thank you for the idea to link to her Diary by tags. This way people without cyrillic alphabet will be (more or less) able to navigate her Diary. I want to introduce her other stuff to the fandom at large, because it's a pity that such a talented artist is practically unknown here.

And I know what you mean. I, too would love it if Russian speaking part of the fandom was better known. I have been nursing the idea to rec several Russian fanartists here, myself, and even started to compile the list but RL got in the way and I just don't have the time to arrange everything and write a proper post :( So thank you for doing this!

Very nice stuff! And just remember that all languages are welcome on Top 5 so even if it only reaches one part of the fandom, don't hesitate to include it.

Sometimes I wonder why Russians/Ukrainians are all so talented and creative (see also Zugma and Smth_Blue, but I've seen other great artists)...do they feed the children with Photoshop at kindergarden, in those countries? :D ;)
