Top Five Season Eight Fics

coalitiongirl: Spoilers to #39. This fic is set after the issue. A heartbreaking Buffy and Angel ficlet that deals with the pain and conflict both of them are feeling.
2) The True History of the Universe bystormwreath: #34 is written in fic format, making easier for folks who aren't comic book reader understand that issue better. He does a wonderful job that I wish Joss would consider writing S8 in novel format.
3) Shatter bysonnekinde: Oz/Bay. Wonderfully written, so deep and touching. The prose was so beautiful and gripping.
4) Bedtime Stories byvamp_mogs: The world has changed since Harmony outed vampires and made slayers public enemy. Wonderful and the ending makes you laugh. A close look at how the public perceives things in S8.
5) Why Not byangearia: Willow has so much power in S8, she can surely restore Xander's eye. What happened then? A touching scene between Xander and Willow; a friendship that's sorely missing in S8.
