Top Five Xander/Dawn Fics:

1- In the Bleak Midwinter by annakovsky: This is the obvious choice of the number one best Xander/Dawn fic. There are many AMAZING Xander/Dawn fics, but never better than this. It's Christmas, it's Post-Chosen, it's bitter Dawn, it's smoking Xander, it's perfect.

2- Council Business by entrenous88: I love Dawn here. Love her, love her, love her. The Dawn I've always pictured to see after season seven. And seriously, when did entrenous88 write someone that was not in character?

3- Song of Herself by doyle_sb4: Post-Chosen. Six months in Cleveland changes some things.

4- This Thy Golden Time by ladycat777: Just because they were older and more circumspect about it didn’t mean they were all happy and healthy and dealing with the new patterns of their lives. It just meant they were better liars.

5- Simplicity by leni_ba: Sticks and stones may break my bones but words... an adorable Xander/Dawn fic.

Nice to see a less common pairing recced here :> Just popped over to the last one, it was a clever idea for a ficlet, a bit of an outside POV even with Dawn as the central character.

Yeah, Xander/Dawn is a cool pairing, I wish there were more fics about the pairing. Sadly Dawn is not a popular character which sucks.
