buffyversetop5In general, I tend to be a fan of late season or post-series Buffy/Spike fanfiction, but sometimes there's nothing more fun than reading a story in which those two crazy kids get together a little sooner than in canon.
The Perfume of Kismet, by Gwyneth Rhys - After the events of "Becoming", Buffy runs into a familiar face in Los Angeles.
Let's Get Lost, by Herself - Another post-"Becoming" story, this time set in New York City. Spike finds himself unexpectedly stuck with a soul that he'd like to get rid of.
Persephone, by Botias - Unfinished, but well worth reading. A classic in the "Buffy and Spike have to have sex to save the world" genre. What? It's a legitimate genre! Because I say it is.
Something In It, by Annapurna_2 - Blackmail and smut.
Don't Stop, by Nautibitz - Buffy and Spike blow off some steam. There's a mechanical bull involved.
