Her life changes when she gets a box containing a certain incorporeal someone. Rich fantasy tale with clever, twisted plot.

On AtS, The Immortal was intentionally written as an empty vessel so that every fan could fill it with his/her own interpretation - and this is one of the most conceptual rewrites of both Jossverse and Whoverse. So during a visit to Rome Buffy meets Jack Harkness, AKA the Immortal - and they find out they have a lot in common.
