Spike was a ruthless vampire, who fell in love with a young Slayer named Elizabeth. He suddenly has to leave on a mission, returning about eighteen years later and not knowing just how much time had passed. He finds a young girl fighting vampires who greatly resembles Elizabeth, but is she who he thinks she is?

After Buffy suffered a nasty knee injury on the job, her friends think it would be nice to pay for her to have a little vacation. The problem is, they're all too busy to go with her, except Spike. But what would a vampire do in sunny Maui for two weeks? Heat things up, what else.

3) Future Sins Past by DreamsofSpike

Takes place in an AU where things went a little differently at the end of "What's My Line", and the Initiative came to town a bit earlier than in canon.
Spike is not paralyzed in the church that night, but his unlife is still irrevocably changed. In a misguided attempt to restore her childe, Drusilla performs a spell that goes terribly wrong, and will change the course of not only Spike's life, but the Slayer's as well, forever.
