Five favorite manips by Vamptastica

vamptastica has really flowered this year to become the premier illustrator of fan fiction. In fact, she's so good she's been offered RL work doing it. Anyway, here are five that give you a tiny glimpse of why she's so good.


1. My story Man Hunter has been heavily illustrated by Vamps, so it's very hard to choose one, but I think this is such an outstanding work of art: Banner for Man Hunter. She reads the story and gets inside it and often I put things in the narrative that I see in her art. Semi-work safe (Spike is wearing tatty underwear.)

2. Banner for Seget by incasink, which I can tell you is right into the world created by the author: Seget banner. Bloody, but worksafe.

4. Not work safe banner for Man Hunter Inside Liam's drawer. Vamps showed us what Liam was hiding in his office drawer here. NOT worksafe.

God, yes. Well, we'll see those banners from Noel again. Some have been recycled for people as lj banners and most are being made into award banners for Forbidden.

She's wonderful. I think we are very lucky to have such talented people in our fandom!
