buffyversetop5Firefly . . . Wonder Falls . . . Birds of Prey . . . You know how frequently TV shows you love are canceled, but that doesn't stop your love for the episodes already filmed? There are fics like that, too.
Here is my list of wonderful WIPs that may never be finished, but I love the chapters that are available.
5. Misery by Illyria. Anya and Spike go on a road trip to the Pacific Northwest.
4. Roman Moonlight, by Elsa Frohman. Dana and Spike both end up in Rome with Buffy and the new Slayers.
3. As the Romans Do by Helga Von Nutwimple. Scroll all the way to the bottom for the first chapter.

speakr2customrs. Cracktastically insane all-human AU. “Buffy is the Prime Minister of Iceland. Spike is a Jivaro head-hunter in the Brazilian rain-forest. Can they get together?". This is truly delightful, and IMO has the best chance of all of these recs of eventually being finished.
1. Redeeming Spike's Ass by Valerie X. Post S6. "Spike returns and he's . . . pretty much the same. S/B with Dawn friendship. Angsty, humorous, and eventually sweet sweet Spuffy fluff. Say that ten times fast. Spoilers for finales of both BtVS and Angel."
