1. Brown Paper Packages by Alexandria Brown
Xander rents some naughty movies and spots a familiar face. Yeah, baby! With sex and (via a great interlude fic) plot (ha!) like this, who wouldn't feel good?
2. Fan fic Made Me Gay by Jameschick
Besides the fact that I'm pretty sure this actually happened to me, this fic is just as laugh-out-loud funny as the title implies.
3. Sweet Memories by Kayla
This is my all-time favourite uproariously funny and incredibly sweet Spander Amnesia!fic.
4. Family by Velvet Crypt
Xander inherits his recently departed sister's kids and they -along with Spike become a 'family'. The best thing about this fic is that despite the fact that the author employs the good 'ole 'magical bond' device (no, I'm not snarking, it's a personal fav, but it's often used as a crutch), nothing is instant here, and when it all gels, it feels well paced and perfect. That being said, there's plenty of angst, but the accumulation of 'Happy family' moments make it, as a whole, too endearing and full of warm fuzzies to call it anything but feel-good fic.
5. Truth or Dare by Byrne
The gang plays a game of truth or dare that leads to our two-hotties getting it on. Let's be honest, this is not the most original plot ever, but what makes it a standout for me, are the particularly inventive/insightful game tactics and each (character bashing-free) scooby reaction to the boys' budding romance.
