As far as I know, Veiriti sent the link to Brian Lynch, and he was so impressed that he has posted it on his blog - yet YouTube didn't take it down, despite relative exposure.

Nice to see Spuffy Productions listing their exemption under the copyright code in disclaimers too. Not that takedowns aren't done automatically but it's good to have it there.
