Buffy, #11 by exp0se - Worksafe – She has several downcast-eyes icons in this set, but I liked the rich colors of this icon and the way it somehow emphasizes Buffy's youth and vulnerability.

It's true we used to get a wider variety of fan creations recced. I know that not as many vids are made these days but I still see plenty of icons out there.
