Hi,

I discovered it because someone recc'd an allaboutspike fic at BBF, which led me, very predictably to a Spike & Tara friendship fic (which will have to wait until January to recc'd now), and thus to a whole plethora of wonderful Spikefics, of which I confess First Contact is my fave false memory fic; simply because of the wonderful image of the scoobies gaping at the sight of Giles absent-mindedly sipping from a "Never Mind the Bollocks" SexPistols Mug, not to mention the gloriously vivid shade of purple that big sis' face would've gone at the sight of 'lil Dawnie holding it in her totally never-to-be-corrupted hands :-)

No problem, if my bloomin'laptop hadn't crashed I would've been able to put together a couple more.

it is, without a doubt, my favourite post-The Body Joyce-fic; it was almost my first Spike friendship-fic too, after I'd started spreading my wings beyond Tara-fics, natch :-)

Hi,

it is indeed. I discovered many great authors. One of whom has now removed her website, but her Spike-fics, some of them at least survive there.

Check out Dana Woods' Elysium, but beware, it is very intense reading, especially if you like Tara.
