Sandman crossover where Spike, while crazy in the basement, is visited by Delirium's canine guardian Barnabas.

Sort of a crossover with Philip Pullman's His Dark Materials: "Beneath You" if Buffyverse had daemons. I don't even particularly like His Dark Materials, but this is without a doubt one of the most imaginative crossovers I've ever come across

Buffy/X-Men crossover where Wolverine meets his match.

In the Same Boat by mpoetess
I've read many Buffy/Firefly crossovers that have Spike meet the crew of the Serenity, but this one is my absolute favourite.
