Top Five Missing Scenes Fics: (Sad icon to express my sadness these scenes didn't make it to the show/comics)

1- The Hours of Time by adis723: During "Conversation with Dead People". Xander's missing scene. So many had written about it, but this is the best one I've read. So many unexpected twists. You really must read this, even if you're not a Xander fan. The fact that it's written by adis723 should be enough.

2- Bitter/Sweet by nwhepcat: Post-Once More With Feeling. Xander and Giles talk.

3- Enchanted Locks by lusciousspike: Between seasons 5-6 after Buffy's death. Dawn and Willow talk.

4- The Phonecall by stormwreath: Between Chosen and S5 AtS. Angel and Faith talk.

5- This isn't about hate by stormwreath: This is a short story set in Season 6, giving two missing scenes - one from just after 'Doublemeat Palace', the other starting 3/4 of the way into 'Villains' - inspired by the new S8 storyline. How did Warren become Amy's boyfriend?

Notes: Sadly a lot of my favorite Missing Scenes for this year were posted at a challenge at Buffyworld, a forum that sadly went down taking all the great fics/discussions/fanart. So my choices were very limited. Nonetheless, all these missing scenes were awesome. You've got to read them all, especially #1.

Popped over to the first and enjoyed her take on Xander's part in that episode. Shame about all those fics lost when Buffyworld went down.
