I'm a fan of the [livejournal.com profile] giles_shorts community, especially the "first line last line" challenge, where the last line from someone else's drabble becomes your first sentence. It takes a lot of discipline, something our favorite Watcher would surely have approved.

For your divertion, may I present five drabbles inspired by prompts from Giles-shorts:

Inherited Skill by [livejournal.com profile] quaggy_mire

Don't Look Now by [livejournal.com profile] il_mio_capitano

Untitled ("Some rules mattered") by [livejournal.com profile] lycomingst

January 11, 2016 by [livejournal.com profile] ljs

The next one is a triple-drabble about Willow, because the author is an adamant rule breaker. ;) Included here because it, too, was inspired by a Giles-shorts prompt:

Rules by [livejournal.com profile] dragonyphoenix

And for the plus one, should you now be in the mood for more Giles-centric stories (I hope), may I present a Giles one-shot I can't get out of my head, a gem of a story:

Looks like a really good list! The "first line, last line" challenge sounds like it would be a lot of fun for a writer (and a reader)!

Sounds like a great challenge! Looks like there's something wrong with the link to Sparrow's story.
