Top 5 Lizerrrbeathan Fanfics
If you haven't read Lizerrbeathan's wonderful Spuffy-centric fanfic, you are in for a treat. Liz's unswerving belief in stories-that-heal is evident in all she writes, and her style is insightful and whimsical, lovely and affecting - some of the sweetest, most love-affirming fics you'll ever read.
In no particular order, my faves are:
1. Snow Virgins and its sequel Spike by Snowlight. Begins post-Season 2 and ends twenty-some years later. "I can't imagine Heaven without you" (Buffy, to Spike).
2. Life After Wartime. Post-Chosen, Buffy and Spike learn, grow, grieve and celebrate. Beautiful.
3. Summing Blue. The first lizerrbeathan fic I ever read, and what an initiation! Takes "Something Blue" to a different level than in canon.
4. The Book of William. This has already appeared on a few other lists, deservedly so. Suffice it to say, it's amazing - and you'll appreciate "Romeo and Juliet" more than you ever did before.
5. Justice Just Us. Post-Not Fade Away, there's a day of reckoning, seemingly insurmountable odds, and an unlikely advocate for Angel against the polished rhetoric of the Immortal. Trust me, it's awesome.
All these and more of Liz's fic can be found at Lizerrbeathan's Fanfic.

Her prose is lyrical and poignant and unique. Absolutely unique - sometimes she seems to ramble a bit, but then there'll be that phrase, or that one single word, that encapsulates everything and strikes like an arrow to the heart. She's incredible.
My favorites are 'The book of William' , and 'Snow virgins'. If I had to pick a favorite, it'd probably be Snow Virgins. In all the fanfic I've read, I've found few images more heartbreaking than Drusilla's ashes in the snow angel. I pitied Dru, that she considered (un)life not worth living without her Sire, and absolutely ached for Spike because of Dru's incredible cruelty in choosing that method of dying.
