This is actually the third of series, the first were New Beginnings and The Three Fates. This series centers around Giles/OC and his grown daughter.

3, Pointy Horns or Black Hats by dulcinea
This is a BTVS/Harry Potter Crossover. And in all honesty I could do without most BTVS/HP crossovers. But this one I find entertaining. The premise is that Giles and Snape are step brothers. Each chapter is in two parts: the first part is set in Sunnydale amd the second is set in Gile's youth either at his father's home or Hogswarts.

4, Halloween on the Cleveland Hell Mouth by samsas

This is ficlet that is a BTVS/LOTR crossover. It has a strange twist to it that is quite unique.

5. Prophecy Boy by Priya

A BTVS/West wing crossover where Sam Seaborn makes a trip to Sunnydale.

Ooh, early Giles. I've read some fics that have flashbacks but never a story set in the past so that sounds interesting.

Thanks. Although honestly, most of the LOTR characters are just mentioned but it does put the BTVS characters in the LOTR world.
