Why I chose this: Never thought I’d read Spike/Clem, I mean who does? This is a fun fic and well worth a read.

A Man and his Dog

Summary: BtVS season 4, but AU from after Spike's capture in Wild at Heart. Spike/Riley, but nothing sexual
Why I chose this: Not really a pairing for me but this fic isn’t sexual in nature. It’s a look into what Spike's future could have been, it’s dark and it’s sad and it’s wonderfully written.

Dragonslayers, Incorporated
Author: Dragonslayers, Incorporated comprises a joint effort by its members.
Rating: R
Summary: Spike goes to Angel for help instead of returning to Sunnydale when he acquires his soul, but the only assistance available comes from a scarred ex-Watcher with problems of his own...
Why I chose this: Again not a pairing I would usually choose, in fact I didn’t. I foolishly thought this was going to be spangel but by the time I realised it wasn’t, I was fully immersed in the fic and couldn’t help but keep reading.
