Thanks. Tumblr can be tricky. Some of the posts I thought were 2017 ... I traced them back to the original post and they were earlier. Happily I'd saved enough links that I was able to find a great selection of images drawn in the correct year!

So much this yes. Moreover I've seen quite a lot of posts disappear from Tumblr, likely due to how long they can be circulating. So sometimes I go back to the original poster and the post or the entire account is gone.
