Top 5 Angel/Spike vids

hesadevil recced a S/A vid I hadn't seen before which focused on one of my favorite scenes ever in either series, the great fight scene in "Destiny." Here's a few more including one of my favorite vids ever.
All my life I’ve been searching for something, something never comes, never leads to nothing
1. All My Life by Killa and flrenze - All –This is a pairing video but in many ways it’s a character one as well for Spike and Angel. It’s also, to my mind, the best Angel and Spike vid I’ve ever seen. I find it really layered and insightful, but if you want to watch it just as a well edited, fast-paced vid it works that way too.
Help me, I broke apart my insides, I’ve got no soul to tell
2. Closer by sisabet - All – The slashiest of the Spangel vids I’ve seen and I never get tired of watching it. If you haven’t seen it yet you’re missing out.
The drink will flow and the blood will spill, and if the boys want to fight you’d better let’em
3. The Boys are Back by azdak – All –I think the tone of the video really captured my delight at seeing these two characters together in S5, as well as I think, the frequent goofiness of their relationship.
Soulmates never die
4. Soulmates by Trisha – All – A perfect vid for h/c lovers. This one takes a look at the similar paths Angel and Spike must walk, and what it costs them.
Standing at the crossroads, don’t know which path to choose, let me come along, because even if you’re wrong I’ll stand by you
5. I’ll Stand by You by vampirella – All – What’s with the Spangel vids disappearing? Several I wanted for this list just couldn't be found. Although the song isn’t much to my taste, its closing is particularly apt for the end of S5. If anyone has suggestions on an a site where it can be downloaded, please comment.

I'll have a peek at the others when I'm back on the laptop.
I'm finding it interesting that so many entries have been vid recs. Where are all the fics and graphics? Is it worth reccing some I did last year or would that be repeating myself and not within the rules?

I was surprised it wasn't used at Halloween 2004.
Would have been perfect, wouldn't it? I suppose there may have been issues of permission. Also though it's an enjoyable vid the image quality may not have stood up to that much enlargement.

Color me surprised as well. Last year there were relatively few vid recs out of the 200+ posts made. I'm happy about it though because vidders get so little feedback compared to most writers that it's nice to see all these cherished vids being posted about.

We don't actually have a rule about that given we didn't know if we'd have enough support for a second year or not! But everything recced so far (including today) has gone into Memories and tags already. Obviously there's already some duplication there since an item may show up on several people's lists but duplicating entire lists doesn't really add anything to the archive. I've deliberately left off anything I already recced last year from my lists for this weekend. I do have a number of fic posts ready to go, but I agree I'd love to see some graphics, essays and icon recs get posted. Or for that matter some B/A fic recs -- there's got to be quite a few classics of those around!
