Affinity is the only one I seem to have not yet read from that list. I've just bookmarked it so I check it out later. Perfect World and The Butterfly Effect are my two favorite fics by cousinjean, who remains one of my all time favorite Spuffy writers. Anaross' Long Day's Journey is fabulous, but my current favorite of hers is her current WIP - the post NFA where Spike is a college poetry instructor at a small, Eastern school. Eurydice's Legions' was quite engrossing and a marvelously woven past/present fic, but of her many wonderful fics the one I pull out again and again is A Touch of Frost.

My own list would have to include to include Barb C's Necessary Evils, but there's many worthy fics out there to choose from. We Spuffy readers have been/are incredibly fortunate to have such gifted and prolific writers sharing their Buffyverse stories.
