Top 5 Classic Works

1) Reassembling by texasfan. "What if both Buffy and Anya died at the end of The Gift?" Eventual Spike/Xander. I liked both the gradual way this developed and also watching how this one big change was able to lead to various other ones through S6.

2) Agency by lls_mutant. This is such an interesting concept, of the Dollhouse verse layered into the Battlestar Galactica one. "Dollhouse and Epitaph One showed us what happened when the imprinting technology falls into the wrong hands. But what happens when it falls into the right ones? When Laura Roslin discovers that the imprinting technology is on board the Persephone, it opens up a whole new way to benefit the Fleet, especially after the mutiny does its damage." This explores the morality issues of the Dollhouse tech in such an interesting way, as well as the political machinations going on in the fleet. An engrossing read.

3) I Am The Very Model of a Teenage Vampire Slayer Girl by lys. Filk set to Gilbert and Sullivan.

4) The Vampire Song: Everybody's Free (To Drink Blood) by Soulstarsinger. A semi-filk? More like a parody of the Sunscreen advice to grads essay, but amusing. Spike POV.

5) Into the Beautiful by Hth. A sweet few moments between Dana Scully and Buffy Summers.

Do not read beauty magazines (unless as a guide to who to kill next). You are more beautiful than they could ever be.

Perfect advice, and totally correct about Spike!

4) was awesome and came with an unexpected bonus, because I hadn't heard Sunscreen before. Thank you!
