Ha! I thought so! And honestly, it's not like I even go out just looking for Mal/Inara exclusively the way I tend to with Buffy/Spike. It just finds me.

But then again, all of them but the first one are set after the movie. And all of them but Fair-Ithil's are a first time venture into the fandom. And all of them but the last is written in super-stylized way. So there's lots of ways to slice the "one of these things is not like the other"!
