Hmm, yes it does look like something didn't go right as it's not showing up in the collection. At the same time I can't resend the invite because it says it has already been invited. I can try to reject it in hopes I can send the invite again but that might not help if we don't know what went wrong the first time.

If you can let me know what happened I can try to troubleshoot it.
