Thank *you* for writing your wonderful story. If I remember correctly, Hollywood borrowed the idea from some South Korean sci-fi romantic drama. Obviously if Hollywood finds it intriguing enough to to make a big-budget movie, fanficcers shouldn't eschew this path! :)
